TERMS & CONDITIONS

Svartlab OÜ (the "Company", "Svartlab" or "We") offers software & hardware engineering, design, research, development and consultancy services ("Services") to select business-to-business clients ("Client"). Svartlab's professional Services are not listed, nor offered online via this website, and are tailored for each Client's individual needs. The terms and conditions on this page are applicable only and exclusively to all business-to-business Services Clients of Svartlab, and additional / different terms may be discussed and mutually agreed upon on a per-project basis.

PAYMENTS

Services may be paid for, either by direct bank wire-transfers using the information found invoices, or via other methods such as credit/debit cards using Company's online payment services provider Stripe.com, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin. If Stripe is used for payments, information entered by Client are necessarily transmitted to Stripe in order to faciliate the payment. Stripe itself acts as the controller for the purpose of data protection. For the processing of payments, Stripe may make use of other payment services, for which special payment conditions may apply, which the Client will be informed about separately in case if necessary. REFUNDS

Unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by Company and Client on a per-project basis, all professional business services offered by Company are non-refundable.

APPLICABLE LAW

This agreement shall be governed in all respects by the substantive laws of estonia. The exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to the agreement is the Harju county court in Tallinn, Estonia.
